Industrial Units

We have worked on several schemes for purpose built and speculatvely built industrial units.

These have included a development, on an industrial park in Derbyshire, to create 15 new industrial/ office units and to refurbish the existing buildings. The final phase of 4 units are now under construction.

And a speculative project for a new-build industrial unit in Trafford Park industrial estate on the outskirts of Manchester.
