This project, completed in August 2003, involved the refurbishment of a large 1970's BOC factory for Beaconsfield Footwear Limited.

Existing offices are being refurbished to create 28,000 sq.ft of: General Offices; Sales Call Centre (84 seats); Design Centre and a Product Showroom.
The new office layouts are created with flexible glazed partitions to allow for future adjustment of office space.
The external elevations are to be over-clad with a glazed curtain wall and a feature staircase created at the entrance & reception area.

The unit also has 128,000 sq.ft of Factory and Warehouse space.
