Over the last two years NBDA have overseen the construction of 30 timber frame lodges. These include 3 bedoom, 2 bedroom and "honeymoon" variants.

Due to the steeply sloping and heavly wooded nature of the site each lodge was constrcured on foundation piers.

Other developments on the site include the constructiob of over 100 single and twin unit bases.
