In May 1999 NBDA completed this £18M majot site re-development.

The 32 week contract included:

over 200 new caravan bases; existing chalet & apartment refurbishment;
new reception centre;
club/ entertainment centres; indoor & outdoor sports facilities
and refurbishment of retail & dining buildings.
